Career Essentials - 5 Hrs
Vision & Mission - 5 Hrs
PDP 15 Hrs Practical 18 Hrs

Course Phase:
The entire course is classified into 4 phases:

Phase 1: An Overview - Career Development and plan
Phase 2: Career essentials: Personality, Attitude, Skill and knowledge
Phase 3: Vision and Mission: Goal setting & MDP
Phase 4: PDP – Time Management, Art of Communication, Business etiquettes, Dress for Success, Personal Effectiveness, Code of Conduct, Conflict Management, Positive Assertiveness, Self Esteem, and Team work.

Practical: 2 hrs every day and 6th day completely

Post OJT evaluation: Written test and Presentation

Key results: Performance from day 1, Self Confidence, Personality development, improved self presentation, clear goals in life and work, dressing sense, understanding of work ethics, self modulation and the list goes on and on.
