First we make hundreds of calls to our vast network of knowledgeable people in the correct area of specialization to obtain a top candidate list that otherwise would not be found using the internet followed by a thorough search using our state of the art online niche databases.
Step 5 - Screening call: The suitable prospective candidates are contacted and screened to determine their interest and level of qualification for the position. From the results of this initial screening, we submit the most qualified candidates for an in-depth interview with the appropriate managers.
Step 6 - Reference Checking: Once the candidate qualifies the interview with the appropriate hiring manager, we conduct a thorough reference check. This includes accomplishments, job history and also criminal record search. We also suggest all client companies to conduct their own reference check before hiring a candidate.
Step 7 - Offer of Employment: Those who have successfully completed all the recruitment procedures are contacted with an offer of employment and a mutually convenient join date is arranged.
